TINTS AND TONES OF SUNSET
I find two hard core fanatics, outside my room, seem raging without pause: one the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic and the other the summer – celebrating its early onset of the yellow blazing and blowing at top temperatures.
These two threats forced me to grumble myself to stay indoors and cool my feet. Instead, I let my mind turn to places useful and cozy so that the helpful insights don’t get choked with impassivity. Thus nowhere to go, I contended to settle in my reading – pleased in comfort shielded away from the soaring hot spell.
But you know how the passion plays. It doesn’t sit still; like the wit of water seeks a quick way out and runs to the nearest exit. Thus, one day, having seen the temperatures sparing down to comfort levels, I have set out to focus on and fix the sunset moods standing on the nearby hillock one late evening. And added to my delight that I’m able to go out after a long spell, I felt more bouncy as my chatty six years old granddaughter too joined my shutterbug trek.
