STREETS OF ROME

They cautioned me enough. I have to walk a great deal across the vibrant streets and squares of Rome when I visited Italy. The city opened before me as If I’m in a gigantic Hollywood setting. The friendly guide, who was fluently good at dramatizing in romancing terms, referred ‘Rome looks like an open museum.’ After my three-day stay, I felt it isn’t an exaggeration.

With its adorable streets where you can sit, stroll, stare, eat or drink or lavish all the time, as I loved, clicking away as much historical past and architectural structures as I could. The city’s charming cobblestone streets composed fascinatingly with carefully parked cars allowing enough space for other vehicles to move past and also making room for the outdoor café’s spilling over the pavements.

There is so much beauty in whatever I looked at, its colorful facades and intricate details and it worried me I had so little time to photograph all the iconic tourist attractions. And I believed in the famous saying, “All roads lead to Rome.”
