A TOUCH OF GREEN
‘I want to catch the bright greenness of the leaves, only leaves nothing else,’ I told my buddy who accompanies me on my Sunday jaunts.
Reaching the top of the hill, an hour’s drive from my place, I parked my car under a huge banyan tree, and one look away, their spread a huge display of green expanse rustling in the early summer breeze, I felt as though it’s whistling a welcome chime.
Landscape, trees, breezy butterflies, the majestic ancient ruins stood neglected and ready to crumble, but for me, nothing held appealing enough on the day to pitch my tripod favouring them.
Walking past the groves and shrubs, avoiding the needle-like thorns, I went checking out for fresh shades of green leaves glowing brightly with Sunlight tracing them. I was standing so close trying to bring them into focus and it amazed me at nature’s architectural treat distinctly seen from leaf to leaf.
